Thirty First Weigh In

My thirtieth weigh in – I weighed in at

86.2 Kg (13.57 stone) – Feb 21st

Body Fat Percentage – 26.7%

Body Water Percentage – 54.8%

BMI – 26.9

and this week

86.2 Kg (13.57 stone) – Feb 28th

Body Fat Percentage – 26.7%

Body Water Percentage – 54.8%

BMI – 26.9

So…not a mistake – EXACTLY THE SAME weight measurements as the previous week.

I think I may be overindulging on non fast days so unfortunately I’m gonna have to start calorie counting on at least two or three of them. I could also go back to doing a three day fast week but I think I’m gonna see how the calories counting goes for this week.

I think aiming for 1500 kcal or less seems to be a decent option from reading around the various forums. I know “calorie counting” kinda goes against the idea of 5:2 dieting to some extent but I think I have a habit of treating myself too much that I need to break.

Its March already and I need to start making some real progress on this.

I recently bought the “Fast Exercise” book by Dr Michael Mosley so hopefully I might pick up some useful tips to add to my exercise routine from that.
