I was quite happy with my first weigh in results so was cautiously optimistic about my second date with the scales.
To recap:
Last week I weighed – 93.0 Kg (14.645 stone) – May 24th
and this week
92.4 Kg (14.55 stone) – May 31st
so another loss which is good, not massive (0.6kg is about 1.3 pounds)
Happy enough. As I said before, I feel I will really know for sure after 6 weeks or so whether this diet will work for me.
15 days in and I think the signs are good. Weight loss could be slow but If I can keep taking off a pound or so every week then I will be happy.
