Only managed 2 fast days this week as I had friends over visiting and it just wasn’t possible to fit in 3. I fasted Tuesday and Thursday. Seem to be eating very bland dry chicken bread combos for my meal these days as I get very lazy about cooking food.
Think I found it a lot more satisfying to eat porridge so might just go back to that although I find when I eat something really bland it actually stops me from being hungry as it turns me off food (hardly ideal though is it?)
Hopefully will manage to get in 3 fast days this week.
