I completed Fast Day 6 yesterday. Not much to report really. It was possibly the easiest one so far and for the first time on a fast day I actually went to bed not really hungry. I mean I could have eat but my stomach didn’t feel empty like it had done on previous fast days.
I guess its just coincidence and the body will behave differently from day to day. The only difference I made to my meal plan was to have strawberries with my porridge instead of blueberries or raspberries. Perhaps strawberries are more filling? doubt it, but maybe.
So gonna go for my 2nd weigh in and see how Ive done this week. Not expecting much as from what Ive read the weight loss starts to slow down and become more steady at this point although everyone seems to have a different story.
