Apologies, meant to write this yesterday.
Possibly the easiest fast day so far. I actually didn’t eat anything at all until 10.30pm which is too late really but its just the way it worked out. Slept much better than last week.
On another note, I don’t think I can trust my electronic scales anymore as I’m getting a different reading within seconds of stepping on and off. I believe its a common issue with cheap scales so I better try get a new one but not sure if it will be before the next weigh in.
Any recommendations for a good value reliable scale? send em my way. Cheers.
