Unfortunately I missed my weigh-in time this week. I always do it on Friday lunchtime but I was out all day and there was no point doing it at 2am after lots of food and drink as I wouldn’t be able to tell what I had lost/gained.
I did have a look at the scale on Thursday though and going by previous weeks I would estimate I was on for a small loss of maybe 0.2/0.3 kg.
I was feeling quite light all week and felt I might be on for a bigger loss which maybe would have shown up on the Friday If I had been able to weigh myself.
Oh well, lets see how it goes this week.
