Due to guests staying over and various dinner arrangements I was unable to complete my second fast day of the week until Friday (normally do Thursday). My body was a bit all over the place after a good few late nights during the week so I was worried that it might be quite a difficult day.
It turned out to be pretty easy thankfully. I stayed under 400 calories with some porridge and strawberries (don’t seem to have got sick of that meal yet). I also got a nice 6 hours sleep or so which was a big improvement on my previous fast day.
My football game was cancelled again so ZERO exercise this week which is not good at all and likely wont reflect well on the scale.
